Collective dinner (2024)
~ I want a city
During this evening we exchanged ideas and desires for our city of Groningen, through a series of playful activities in between courses. A beautiful poem by Renee Luth: ik wil een burgemeester. The evening was conceputalized in collaboration with Lola Diaz Cantoni. Together with a team of amazing artists, we took care of providing a warming meal, nourishing drinks, accompanied by poetic reflections of the city we wish to live in by the participants. By sharing a meal we celebrated togetherness across boundaries, continuing the tradition of the feast of Sint Maarten in our own way.
